Off to a Beautiful 2019
Happy New Year! Winter is more or less the dry-season for the Kona coffee belt. In that regard we are unique compared to the rest of the State of Hawai‘i where winter is typically the wet-season. Nonetheless, we still get the occasional sprinkle of rain creating the potential for some amazing (double-) rainbows.

Winter is also the time of getting ready for the new coffee season. Being able to observe blossoming of the coffee trees, called "Kona snow" with their incredible sweet smells is a treat in itself.

And on days we're short of rainbows, there is always the ocean and some amazing sunsets.
